Remodeling or Renovating?
There are specific rules and regulations about renovations and remodeling in our association. Make sure you understand your responsibilities prior to hiring a contractor.
Board Meetings
Our Board meets on the fourth Tuesday of each month. Meetings are held in our clubhouse and via Zoom. Meetings are open only to owners in good standing.

How do I apply to become a new owner in Myerlee Circle?

What are the condo association fees?
The condo association fees are $618 per month, covering water, maintenance, amenities, landscaping, insurance, and much more.
How do I book the clubhouse for a private event?
To book the clubhouse, please contact the Clubhouse Manager, Cynthia McComb and submit your request in writing more than one week prior to the event. You may access the rental agreement here.
Are pets allowed in the community?
This is a one cat per unit community. Dogs are not permitted.
