About Myerlee Circle

Myerlee Circle Condominium Association is dedicated to fostering a harmonious community where residents can thrive. Our mission is to provide a safe, welcoming environment that enhances the quality of life for all members. We value integrity, respect, and community engagement, ensuring that every resident feels at home.  Our Association has 100 ground floor homes which include 2 or 3 bedrooms and 2 or 2 1/2 baths, with washer and dryer hook-ups in 1 or 2 car garages

Assists in interviews of new owners and renters

Reviews laws, rules and regulations and by laws and advises the President and board on changes needed to those documents

Reviews Annual meeting questionnaire with the secretary and treasurer prior to forwarding to legal counsel

Assists treasurer and accounting firm in matters of budgeting, investments and financial reporting
